I've been using Ubuntu as my daily driver for the past year and a half. I switched to Omarchy about two months ago.
Omarchy is a great setup. As a total newbie to tiling window managers, I was pleasantly suprised by how approachable Omarchy was. The keyboard-first approach was challenging in a fun way, but I never felt like the learning curve was too steep to get my work done.
Updates frequently break my setup-usually from kernel driver mismatches. Fixing these issues has meant diving deeper into my OS than I had to for any other distribution.
Overall, I've found success by adopting an ownership mindset over my desktop experience. Omarchy was a great starting point, but this desktop is mine now. I don't think I will be switching distros for a while.
